As a founding member of the Gelb Organization, L.L.C., I am delighted to be able to write to you.

The Organization was established in 1975, since then our members have been credited with 44 world patents; have published extensively, trained and lectured worldwide.  

The Organization specializes in Business Development for companies who wish to expand their markets and protect their assets.

The product you are reviewing was conceived in 2001 and developed in 2002 by our software engineers under the direction of myself and our marketing department.

As consultants in Business Development it became apparent to us that human resources were the greatest asset to our clients.   In 2001, the economy of the market was not strong and the workforce was being reduced in force (RIF'ed).  My firm was being deluged with applications from talented people who were also asking us for guidance.

Our focus groups revealed that career hunting required a great deal of work and networking.  We found that if the candidate could find the opportunities and have the correct skills for interviewing, preparing a resume and cover letter talents that they could get themselves an interview.

So it was decided to put together a complete job searching kit for our clients.  We needed to make a software product that was flexible, did not become obsolete and was easy to use.   Coupled with the correct articles (we chose ebooks) we could uncover the opportunities and make any candidate ready to succeed.

Recently we added a new multiple category to our software which we named "Career Services" and "Career Assistance".
